MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE
The first step our team will take when we list your home will be to upload the listing to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The Multiple Listing Service is a database established by cooperating real estate brokers and agents to provide data about properties for sale. Typically, the MLS will create an electronic database with all of the houses for sale by affiliated brokers, who update it on a regular basis. This is the number one way other agents find homes for their clients.
