MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE
The first step our team will take when we list your home will be to upload the listing to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The Multiple Listing Service is a database established by cooperating real estate brokers and agents to provide data about properties for sale. Typically, the MLS will create an electronic database with all of the houses for sale by affiliated brokers, who update it on a regular basis. This is the number one way other agents find homes for their clients.

According to the 2020 National Association of REALTORS® Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, 51% of buyers found the home they purchased on the internet. Your listing will be featured on our company website and will be represented across all internet real estate data bases.
FOR SALE SIGNS
Once we have a signed listing contract, our team will immediately put a "For Sale" sign on your property. This will allow potential buyers in your area that your house is for sale.
OPEN HOUSE
An open house is a scheduled period of time in which a home is available for viewing by potential buyers. Open houses can attract interested buyers and lead to an offer on your listing. An open house is a great, low-pressure way to show the house to potential buyers.
